Dundee City Council - Employability Pathway

Summary

The Discover Work Partnership has launched an application process, via a Challenge Fund framework, to deliver services in an Employability Pathway from 1 October 2019 – 31 March 2023 to support residents in Dundee who experience multiple barriers to securing sustainable employment. The Discover Work Partnership has identified specific Target Groups that the Employability Pathway will support as a priority to address areas of particular need, promote inclusion and ensure that those furthest from the labour market are proactively supported into sustainable employment. These Target Groups include jobless people who: are long-term unemployed / inactive; aged 45+ (particularly Men); have a physical health conditions; have a mental health conditions; disabilities; and/or, live in the most employment deprived areas of Dundee. However, applications to support other Target Groups are welcome.
