Soirbheas

  • Soirbheas was set up to invest in a community wind farm project at Corrimony (Glen Urquhart) in conjunction with a local owner. The company has a one fifth share in five turbines. The aim is to distribute the profits from the scheme to the local communities of Glenurquhart and Strathglass. The wind turbines became operational in March 2013.
