Aberdeen City Heritage Trust helps take care of the historic environment by making available a limited number of discretionary grants for the repair of historic buildings in conservation areas. Aims: "to promote and encourage the conservation, protection and improvement of the historic, architectural and physical environments of Aberdeen and its environs further the study of Aberdeen’s historic, architectural and physical environment provide education for the general public about Aberdeen’s historic built environment"
