The trust gives grants totalling £30,000 per annum to: charitable organisations in the Edinburgh and Lothians area; to Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations Council for disbursement to individuals, principally where some medical disability has led to financial hardship; to the "Donate-a-Duvet" scheme for the dispensing of bedding to the elderly (mainly); and to other organisations concerned with helping young people.
