Grants are available for the benefit of the town and citizens of Arbroath, "by improving the amenities of the town or assisting in the furtherance of social and cultural activities of its citizens". Anyone within the town of Arbroath may apply. £7,000 approximately is available for distribution per annum but the Trustees are not required to distribute annually and may accumulate funds.
